Ergonomics
Writers
are at high risk for repetetive trauma. The combination of
sitting, poor posture, and intense keyboarding/mousing are an unhappy
triad. The popularity of laptops only exacerbates the
problems, as laptops are a bad compromise between head and hand
positions.
